Obituary
Wyatt Sam Evans, son of Samuel James and Amanda Eileen (Gontz) Evans of Bloomsburg, passed away at birth on Friday night, June 25, 2021, at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.
Wyatt was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Donald W. Evans, Jr.
Along with his parents, other survivors include a brother, Carter Charles Evans, paternal grandmother, Annette M. wife of Bernard Shoemaker of Bloomsburg, maternal grandfather, David A. Gontz of Harrisburg, maternal grandmother, Janice E. Gontz and partner, Daniel Shaffer of Harrisburg, paternal great grandmother, Betty Evans of Bloomsburg, uncle, Jason A. Gontz and wife Katrina of Middletown, and a cousin, Micah A. Gontz.
At the request of the family, there will be no services. The Allen Funeral Home, Inc., 745 Market at Eighth streets, Bloomsburg is honored to be serving the Evans family.
Memorial contributions in Wyatt's name are suggested to: Service 1st Federal Credit Union for the Wyatt Sam Evans Memorial Fund, 1985 Montour Blvd., PO Box 159, Danville, PA 17821.
