Vivian K. Kile, age 61, of Danville, passed away on Saturday, May 10, 2025, a patient of the UPMC Hospital, Williamsport. She was a resident of her home in Mahoning Township for over 3 years.
Vivian was born on Wednesday, May 15, 1963 in Bloomsburg, a daughter of the late Ronald and Marilyn K. (Dent) Kile. She graduated from the Bloomsburg High School in 1981. Vivian expanded her education by attending Williamsport Area Community College, graduating with an associate degree. For several years, she was employed by Morris Family Restaurant, Bloomsburg as a waitress until her retirement. Vivian was a member of the St. Luke Lutheran Church. She was also a member of the Curves and the Kiwanis. Vivian loved bowling and her family dearly and would do anything for them, especially her grandkids.
Survivors include her beloved son: Christopher Kile and fiancée, Christina Purves of Danville; three grandchildren; Isabella, Rylee and River, two brothers; Ronald Kile and wife Joann of Wellsville, NY, Daniel Kile and wife Elizabeth "Libby" of Bloomsburg and as well as two nieces; Felicia, Ariel and a nephew; Hunter.
A time of Visitation for family and friends will be held on Thursday, May 15, 2025 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at St. Luke Lutheran Church, 9 St. Lukes Way, Bloomsburg.
Memorial Services will begin on Thursday, May 15, 2025 at 11:00 am at St. Luke Lutheran Church with Rev. John A. Mohan, officiating. Graveside committal services will immediately follow in New Rosemont Cemetery, Bloomsburg. The Allen Funeral Home, Inc. 745 Market at Eighth Street, Bloomsburg is honored to be serving the Kile family.
