Victoria A. "Vicky" Rupert, age 62, of Bloomsburg died Monday, November 21, 2016, at her home
surrounded by her family.
Vicky was born on Sunday, May 23, 1954, in Bloomsburg, a daughter of the late Ed and Wanda (Knecht) Humphreys. Throughout her younger years, Vicky attended Bloomsburg Area Schools and later graduated from the Bloomsburg High School in 1972. She expanded her education by attending the Bloomsburg University. She earned a Bachelor's Degree in 1976 and a Master's Degree in 1977.
For 35 years, Vicky was employed by the Berwick School District as a Learning Support Teacher.
As a member of First English Baptist Church, Bloomsburg, Vicky was former Sunday School
Superintendent and was a member of the church choir.
On June 26, 1982, Vicky married her loving husband, Jimmy L. Rupert.
In addition to her parents, Vicky was preceded in death by her brother Tom Humphreys in 2016.
Survivors include her husband of 34 years, Jimmy L. Rupert and son: Devon J Rupert, both of
Bloomsburg.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. The Allen Funeral Home, Inc., is honored to be serving the Rupert family.
