Thomas P. Eyerly, age 62, of Bloomsburg, passed away on Sunday, April 7, 2019 at his home. Tom was a resident of Bloomsburg most of his life.

He was born on Tuesday, May 8, 1956 in Bloomsburg, a son of the late Charles M. and Ruth (Pegg) Eyerly. Throughout his younger years, Tom attended the Bloomsburg area schools, and later graduated from the Bloomsburg High School in 1975. For many years, he was employed at Dillon Greenhouses, Bloomsburg.

Tom was a member of the St. Paul's Episcopal Church, Bloomsburg where he served as a church usher and greeter at the 10:30 service. Tom was a friend to everyone, his kind and generous spirit was uplifting to all and he lived his life to serve the Lord. He delivered meals on wheels in Bloomsburg for many years with his church family and also enjoyed walking dogs for anyone who asked him.

Survivors include his two siblings, a sister, Eileen R. wife of Joseph Donato of Conyngham, a brother, Charles M. "Chuck" Eyerly, Jr. and wife Shirley of Stillwater, along with several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.

A time of Visitation for family and friends will be held on Sunday, April 14, 2019 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm at the Allen Funeral Home, Inc., 745 Market at Eighth Streets, Bloomsburg.

Funeral Services will begin on Monday, April 15, 2019 at 10:00 am at St. Paul Episcopal Church, East Main and Iron Sts., Bloomsburg with Rev. Jim Strader-Sasser and Rev. Jim Jenkins, officiating. Graveside committal services will immediately follow in the New Rosemont Cemetery, Bloomsburg. The Allen Funeral Home, Inc., is honored to be serving the Eyerly family.
