Shirley L. Kishbaugh, age 95, of Bloomsburg, passed away on Friday, December 8, 2023, at her Scott Township home. Shirley was a resident of her home in Scott Twp. for over 50 years.

She was born on Thursday, December 6, 1928 in Main Township, a daughter of the late James and Iva (George) Boyer. Shirley graduated from the former Main Township High School. For over 10 years, Shirley was employed by Magee Carpet Company and later by Bloomsburg Carpet Company for 16 years retiring in 1991. She was a member of the Trinity Reformed United Church of Christ, Bloomsburg and was the Treasurer for Women In Mission. Shirley enjoyed traveling and spending time with her family.

In addition to her parents, Shirley was also preceded in death by her husband; Doyle E. Kishbaugh on June 17, 2014, a son; David Romig, a stepdaughter; Jean Ann Whitenight, a grandson; Jeremy Romig, two sisters; Arlene Folk, Phyllis "Patty" Young, four brothers; Richard Boyer, Harold Boyer, Guy Boyer and James Boyer, Jr., and a daughter-in-law; Sandra K. Romig on July 26, 2019.

Survivors include her son; Terry W. Romig of Catawissa, four grandsons; Kyle Romig, Chad Romig and wife Jenna, Mike Romig, Kevin Romig, several great-grandchildren and a sister; Laura Stewart of Bethlehem.

A time of visitation for family and friends will be held on Wednesday, December 13, 2023 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at Trinity Reformed United Church of Christ, 260 East Seventh St., Bloomsburg.

Funeral Services will begin on Wednesday, December 13, 2023 at 11:00 am at Trinity Reformed United Church of Christ with Rev. Steven C. Hummel, officiating. Graveside committal services will immediately follow in Elan Memorial Park, Bloomsburg. The Allen Funeral Home, Inc., is honored to be serving the Kishbaugh and Romig families.
