Sandra A. "Sandy" Billig, age 77, of Elysburg, passed away on Wednesday, August 13, 2025, at her home in Cleveland Township under the care of Compassus Hospice.

Sandy was born on Saturday, October 18, 1947 in Bloomsburg, a daughter of the late Allen and Clara (Loreman) Stewart. She graduated from the Southern Columbia High School, 1967. Sandy expanded her education by attending Empire Beauty School. On May 4, 1968, she married her loving husband, David E. Billig. For many years, Sandy was self-employed as a beautician working out of her home. She was a member of the St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Numidia. Sandy enjoyed her animals; two dogs: Gunner and Mishu; four cats: Walter, Felix, Baby and Lilly. She also enjoyed cooking, spending time with her three loving sons and her grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Sandy was also preceded in death by a brother-in-law, Dale Feese.

Survivors include her beloved husband of 57 years; David E. Billig of Elysburg; three sons, Mark Billig and wife Beth of Catawissa, Ryan Billig and wife Amy of Elysburg, Cory Billig and wife Jody of Elysburg; four grandchildren; Abbi Billig of Reading, Chase Billig, Jenna Billig, and Lincoln Billig all three of Elysburg; two sisters: Carol Miller and husband Nevin, and Donna Feese both of Catawissa.

A time of Visitation for family and friends will be held on Saturday, August 23, 2025 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at the Allen Funeral Home, Inc. 745 Market at Eighth Street, Bloomsburg.

Funeral Services will begin on Saturday August 23, 2025 at 11:00 am at the Allen Funeral Home, Inc. with Rev. Gordon E. Smith, officiating. The Allen Funeral Home, Inc., is honored to be serving the Billig family.
