Rudy N. Jacobs, age 77, of Bloomsburg, passed away peacefully on Friday, June 6, 2025, at his home, where he lived for over eight years.

Rudy was born on Monday, May 17, 1948 in Somerville, NJ, a son of Olga M. (Rudolph) Jacobs and the late Nicholas T. Jacobs. He graduated from the Bound Brook High School in 1966. After graduating Rudy faithfully served from July 14, 1966, in the United States Air Force Intelligence until being honorably discharged on June 21, 1972. He later expanded his education by attending Hagerstown Junior College, MD. For over 25 years, Rudy was employed in automotive sales until his retirement on May 17, 2015. He enjoyed spending his time fishing, bartending, cooking and casinos. Rudy also loved traveling on cruises, and was a member of the Moose Club, Danville.

Survivors include his mother, Olga M. Jacobs of Bloomsburg; two daughters, Kacie and Lindsey Jacobs; three grandchildren; four sisters, Emily E. Davis and husband Joseph of GA, Barbara A. Millers and husband Juris of Center Valley, Linda L. La Rish and husband Michael of Bound Brook, NJ, Sandra S. Bruce and husband Gregory of Lewisburg; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Private Funeral Services will be held at the convenience of the family. The Allen Funeral Home, Inc. 745 Market at Eighth Street, Bloomsburg is honored to be serving the Jacobs family.
