Obituary
Rosa E. Jacka, age 81, of Millville, passed away on Tuesday, December 5, 2023, a patient of the Geisinger Medical Center, Danville. Rosa was a lifelong resident of Millville.
She was born on Wednesday, February 25, 1942 in Bloomsburg, a daughter of the late James B. and Pearl (John) Ortwine. She graduated from the Millville Jr/Sr. High School. On November 5, 1963, Rosa married her loving husband, Stephen H. Jacka Jr. who preceded her on death January 1, 2021. Rosa was employed by Wise Potato, Berwick as a packer until her retirement. She enjoyed spending her time playing bingo and going to casinos. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Survivors include her daughter; Jennifer L. Bacon and her husband James, three granddaughters; Renee Brown, Stephanie Welsh and her husband Steve, Brittany Bacon, and four great-grandchildren; Alyssa, Jace, Lydia and Brynlee.
Private Services will be at the convenience of the family. The Allen Funeral Home, Inc. 745 Market at Eighth Street, Bloomsburg is honored to be serving the Jacka family.
