Ronald E. St. Clair, age 65, of Orangeville, died on Wednesday evening, February 18, 2015, a patient of the Geisinger Medical Center in Danville. Ronald was a resident of his home in Orangeville for over 39 years.
Ronald was born on Sunday, May 1, 1949 in Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania, a son of the late Hugh E. and Marion (Davis) St. Clair. Throughout his younger years, Ronald attended the Danville area schools, and later graduated from the Danville High School in 1967. Shortly following high school, Ronald enlisted with the United States National Guard. On June 20, 1970, Ronald married his loving wife, the former Janice Hauck, of Orangeville. For over 30 years, Ronald was employed by International Paper in Lewisburg as a Forklift Operator until his retirement in 2002.
Survivors include his beloved wife of 44 years, Janice (Hauck) St. Clair of Orangeville, two sons: Ronald C. St. Claire and wife, Kim, of Orangeville; and Ross A. St. Clair and wife, Nicole, of Bloomsburg; six grandchildren and a great-grandson; three sisters: Cindy Woodruff and husband, Ronald, of Elysburg; Carol Hayes and husband, Dennis, of Millville; Susan Haney of Riverside; and Sally Jo McHattie and husband, Richard, of Phoenix, AZ; and a brother, Thomas St. Clair and wife, Brenda, of Danville.
A time of Visitation for family and friends will be held on Monday evening, February 23 from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Allen Funeral Home, Inc., 745 Market at Eighth Street in Bloomsburg.
Funeral Services will also begin on Monday evening, February 23 at 6 p.m. at the Allen Funeral Home, Inc., 745 Market at Eighth Street in Bloomsburg.
