Obituary
Roger S. Stalvey, of Millerstown, a loving husband and father of five, passed away on Thursday, March 24, 2022, at the age of 69.
He was born on May 24, 1952, in Wray, CO to the late Guy and Betty (Hetrick) Stalvey. He faithfully served in the US Navy for 6 years as a sonarman and dedicated the rest of his working career to the HVAC industry. Roger had a great passion for the outdoors, spending ample hours gardening, fishing, and hunting. He was known for his big dreams, joy, and enthusiasm for life. He always supported his family's ambitions and Ingrid's love for animals.
Roger was preceded in death by his father, mother, three brothers and one sister. He is survived by his wife Ingrid, five children, Leigh Mercer and husband Tommy, Zachary Stalvey and wife Shannon, Benjamin Stalvey, Rebecca Stalvey, and Chase Stalvey, six grandchildren, three brothers, Bryce Stalvey and wife Niguanna, Rusty Stalvey, and Guy Stalvey, Jr., a sister Frieda Shedd, as well as several nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life Service will be announced at a future date.
