Robert H. “Bob” Fricke, Jr., 68, of Montgomery County, passed away peacefully on Friday, June 26, 2026.

Born in Philadelphia on February 25, 1958, Bob was the son of the late Robert H. Fricke, Sr. and Lorraine (Harms) Williams.

He is survived by his beloved daughters, Jillian and Jacqui Fricke; and his sister, Janet Altomare, and her husband, Albert. In addition to his parents, Bob was preceded in death by his sister, Nancy Mandraccia.

Above all else, Bob treasured being a father. His daughters, Jillian and Jacqui, were the center of his world, and nothing brought him greater pride or joy than watching them grow.

Bob graduated from Abraham Lincoln High School, Class of 1976, before earning a degree in Accounting from La Salle University. He spent most of his career working in healthcare finance at several hospitals, including Holy Redeemer Hospital and Jefferson Hospital.

A man of unwavering faith, Bob lived a life rooted in Christian values and was actively involved in his church community. He was a lifelong student of history and an avid reader, with a particular fascination for American history. He enjoyed collecting war memorabilia, antique compasses, and rare books, and found peace in taking long walks.

Bob will be remembered as a gentle, kind, and thoughtful soul whose quiet strength, unwavering faith, and generous heart touched all who knew him. Though he is no longer with us, his love and spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of his family and friends.
