Paul C. Miller, age 79, of Bloomsburg, passed away on Sunday, April 6, 2025, a patient of the Geisinger Bloomsburg Hospital. He was a resident of his home in Bloomsburg for a short stay and previously was a world traveler.

Paul was born on Sunday, January 27, 1946 in San Jose, CA a son of the late Allen and Marcheta (McGarrity) Miller. He graduated from the Los Banos High School, CA, in 1963. Paul expanded his education by attending Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and then to University of Wisconsin and graduated with a Doctorate Degree. He was employed by USAID, Washington D.C. and other organizations, as a consultant until his retirement in 2021. He worked his entire life in the poultry nutrition industry. Paul was a member of the Boy Scouts of America, earning his Eagle Scout rank and longtime leader, FFA-Future Farmers of America, Rotary, San Marcos, CA and the Peace Corps. He traveled to 82 countries, worked in 40 countries and lived in 7 countries.

In addition to his parents, Paul was also preceded in death by his brother, John Miller.

Survivors include his two sons: David Miller and wife Molly Lloyd of Bloomsburg, Allen Miller and wife Sharon of Seattle, WA, his grandson, Dawson Miller of Bloomsburg and a sister, Susan Janke of Kingman, AZ.
