Paul K. Hummel, age 61, died Friday in Balanced Care of Bloomsburg where he had resided since January. Mr. Hummel had been in failing health for two years.Paul was born February 24, 1948 in Berwick a son of the late Paul E. and Betty Dahaba Hummel. He graduated in 1966 from the Munster High School, Munster IN. For 21 years he was employed at the Bloomsburg Hospital until his health forced retirement. Survivors include his wife of 39 years, Linda Kowalczyk Hummel; two sons: Adrian Hummel and wife, Rhonda, of Milton and Eric Hummel of Bloomsburg; five grandchildren and a sister: Eileen Carlotta and husband, Jerry, of Las Vagas.      Private family gathering will be held at the Allen Funeral Home, 745 Market at Eighth St., Bloomsburg.
