Paul E. Curfman, age 91, of Orangeville, passed away on Monday, March 10, 2025, a resident of the Nottingham Village Assisted Living, Northumberland. He was a resident of his home in Orange Township for over 11 years and previously Berwick.

Paul was born on Friday, August 11, 1933 in Newville, a son of the late Paul F. and Pearl (Witmer) Curfman. He graduated from the former Northumberland High School in 1952. He faithfully enlisted in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict from May 27, 1953 and was honorably discharged on May 13, 1955. Paul expanded his education by attending Drexel University and graduated with a master's degree in pharmacy. On November 12, 2013, Paul married his loving wife, the former Joyce Bowman. For over 59 years, Paul was employed by CVS as a Pharmacist until his retirement in 2014. Paul was a member of the St. Luke Lutheran Church, Bloomsburg. He was also a member of the VFW Post 44, Northumberland, Shriner, Wilkes Barre, and the American Legion Post 273, Bloomsburg. Paul enjoyed spending his time dancing, playing cards and visiting with friends.

In addition to his parents, Paul was also preceded in death by his first wife, Rita Curfman, a son, Michael Curfman, and a sister, Dorothy Johnson.

Survivors include his beloved wife of 12 years, Joyce Curfman of Orangeville; son, David Curfman and wife Meredith of Berwick, stepdaughter, Brenda Lee Hundley and husband William of Orangeville, many grandchildren, and many great-grandchildren.

Private funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family and graveside committal services will be in Pine Grove Cemetery, Berwick. The Allen Funeral Home, Inc. 745 Market at Eighth Street, Bloomsburg is honored to be serving the Curfman family.
