Neal J. Weaser, age 83, of Bloomsburg, PA and Punta Gorda, FL passed away on Tuesday, October 31, 2023, a patient of the ShorePoint Health in Punta Gorda, FL.
He was born on Friday, October 11, 1940 in Bloomsburg, PA the only son of the late John D. and Sarah (Cooper) Weaser. Neal graduated from the Bloomsburg High School in 1958 and Bloomsburg State College in 1962, now Bloomsburg University. He was a teacher at Danville Area School District, Danville, PA. He retired in 1995 and lived during the summers at his home in Bloomsburg and spent winters at his home in Punta Gorda, FL. Neal was a member of St. Matthew Lutheran Church, Bloomsburg, PA and First United Methodist Church, Punta Gorda, FL.
Neal is the last of his immediate family. Surviving are cousins in various parts of the country.
A private burial was held in Hillside Cemetery, Catawissa, PA. The Allen Funeral Home, Inc., Bloomsburg is honored to be serving the Weaser family.
