Melissa M. Stinsman, age 30, of Bloomsburg, passed away on Monday morning, August 7, 2023, due to a motor vehicle accident. Melissa was a lifelong resident of Bloomsburg.

Melissa was born on Wednesday, December 23, 1992 in Bloomsburg, a daughter of Kathy (Young) Stinsman. She graduated from the Columbia Montour Vo-Tech in 2011. For over 8 years, she was employed as a mail carrier by the U.S. Postal Service, Bloomsburg. She enjoyed spending her time fishing, she was a car enthusiast, she enjoyed shooting pool, and was always in the kitchen cooking something up. She was the life of the party. She enjoyed helping Santa write letters to kids in the Bloomsburg area and was known for her generous heart for giving during the holidays.

Survivors include her mother, Kathy Stinsman of Bloomsburg, a brother, Leroy J. Stinsman, III and girlfriend Tara Sciandra of Berwick, and her soulmate, David E. Dick of Bloomsburg.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
