Mary A. Welsh

Mary A. (Kramer) Welsh, 71, of Bloomsburg, passed away Monday, September 21, 2026, at her home. Born in Bloomsburg on February 26, 1955, she was a daughter of the late Robert Stanford Kramer and the late Ingrid (Heydrich) Breitenmoser.

Mary was a graduate of Bloomsburg High School, Class of 1973. For 33 years she was employed by Wise Foods, Inc., from which she would retire. Mary loved animals, especially her beloved dogs. She enjoyed traveling and camping with her husband, Lewis E. Welsh Sr., who preceded her in death on June 10, 2010. They also enjoyed attending Pow-wows and Mary was known to enjoy bingo.

Surviving Mary are her siblings: Alfred Kramer of Bloomsburg and Barbara Kramer and husband, Daniel Rice, of MD; step-son, Lewis Welsh and wife, Janice, of Omro, WI; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In addition to her parents, Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Lewis E. Welsh Sr.

Mary’s services are private and at the convenience of her family, with her interment at Elan Memorial Park, Bloomsburg.
