Mary Jane Fenstermacher , age 92, of Lightstreet, died on Saturday, October 27, 2018, a patient of the Geisinger Medical Center. Mary Jane was a resident of her home in Lightstreet her entire life.

Mary Jane was born on Saturday, July 10, 1926 in Bloomsburg, a daughter of the late Eugene Bruce and Geraldine (Zeigler) Seybert. Throughout her younger years, She attended area schools, and later graduated from the former Scott High School in 1944.

On August 11, 1948 , Mary Jane married her loving husband, Edgar T. Fenstermacher who died March 4, 1997.

Mary Jane was currently the oldest surviving member of the Lightstreet United Methodist Church. Above all, Mary Jane enjoyed spending time with her family. She was a member of the Lightstreet Card Club, Lightstreet Garden Club, Lightstreet Homemakers. Additionally, she was an avid animal lover and loved to dance.

Survivors include her sons: Tim E. Fenstermacher and wife, Carol Ann, Tom B. Fenstermacher, Debra, and Tod D. Fenstermacher and wife, Beth, all of Bloomsburg, grandchildren: Brad Fenstermacher and wife, Michelle, Tom Fenstermacher and wife, Stacy, Cara Hashagan,and Jason Fenstermacher and 6 great grandchildren.

A time of Visitation for family and friends will be held on Wednesday, October 31, 2018 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at the Allen Funeral Home, Inc. 745 Market at Eighth St., Bloomsburg.

Funeral Services will begin on Wednesday, October 31, 2018 at 11:00 am at the Allen Funeral Home, Inc. with her pastor, Rev. Jenifer Parks Snyder, officiating. Graveside committal services will immediately follow in the Lightstreet Highland Cemetery. The Allen Funeral Home, Inc., is honored to be serving the Fenstermacher family.
