Mark R. Stone, age 52, of Millville, passed away on Friday, September 16, 2022, a patient of the Geisinger Medical Center in Danville. Mark was a resident of his home in Millville for over 18 years.

He was born on Thursday, January 29, 1970 in Bloomsburg, a son of Diane K. (Fisk) Peischel of Unityville and Harry Stone of Berwick.

Mark graduated from the Hughesville High School of 1988. Mark expanded his education by attending Penn Tech of Williamsport and studied Polymer Plastics.

Mark was employed by USG Gypsum as a Forklift Driver. As a youth, Mark enjoyed skating at Magic River and Skatetown. He was a member of the Twin Creek Hunting Club, Hillsgrove and the Millville American Legion. Mark was an avid outdoorsman, he enjoyed campfires, hiking and hunting. He was an avid fan of the Lance Thomas Band and he was an enthusiast of Volkswagen Vanagen vehicles. Mark's greatest joy was time with his children, family and friends.

Mark was preceded by his stepfather, John C. Peischel.

Survivors in addition to his parents are his son, Tyler R. Stone of Unityville, his daughter, Taryn E. Stone of Benton and a sister, Jennie Hess and husband, Jason, of Harrisburg, PA.

A Celebration of Life will be held will be held on Saturday, October 22, 2022 from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm at The American Legion Post #564, 259 Legion Road, Millville, PA. The Allen Funeral Home, Inc., 745 Market at Eighth Street, Bloomsburg is honored to be serving the Stone family.
