Margaret E. Schell , age 73, of Berwick, died on Thursday, January 5, 2017, at her home of 46 years.
Margaret was born on Wednesday, November 10, 1943 in Bloomsburg, a daughter of the late Ray and Pearl (Dalious) Price. Throughout her younger years, Margaret attended area schools, and later graduated from the Central Columbia High School in 1961. For many years, Margaret was employed locally as a Lighting Salesperson until her retirement in 2005. Most recently she was employed by Lowe's. Margaret was a former member of St. James Lutheran Church of Zenith, PA. She enjoyed spending her time completing arts and crafts especially knitting, decorating cakes for special occasions, and having long visits with cherished friends and family.
In addition to her parents, Margaret was also preceded by two sisters: Catherine Blosser and Beverly Alley.
Survivors include three sons: Ronald L. Schell, Jr. of Berwick; Brian R. (Lori) Schell of Coronado, CA and Michael W. (Kristin) Schell of Mullica Hill, NJ; grandchildren: Olivia Schell and Jack Schell; sister: Lois Chiogna of Kingston and brothers: Dan (Diane) Price of Almedia and James (Terri) Price of Myrtle Beach, SC.
A time of Visitation for family and friends will be held on Saturday, January 14, 2017 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at the Allen Funeral Home, Inc. 745 Market at Eighth St., Bloomsburg.
Funeral Services will begin on Saturday, January 14, 2017 at 11:00 am at the Allen Funeral Home, Inc. with Rev. Michael Spagnolio, officiating. Graveside committal services will immediately follow in the Creveling Cemetery. The Allen Funeral Home, Inc., is honored to be serving the Schell family.
