Margaret Mae Fry's Obituary
Margaret Mae Fry, age 78, of Catherine St., Bloomsburg, died Tuesday, July 12, 2011 in the Laurel Center of Hamburg, PA. She had been in failing health for several months.
Margaret was born on Saturday, December 3, 1932 in Bloomsburg, a daughter of the late Lloyd and Gladys Vedder Lidgard. She was a graduate of the Bloomsburg High School. For many years she was employed as a cook with Aramark at Bloomsburg University.
Margaret was a member of St. Columba Catholic Parish.
Survivors include three daughters: Sandra Gumpy of Bloomsburg, Donna Llewellyn, wife of Mike, of Berwick and Ruth McHenry of Myrtle Beach SC; a son: David Fry of Bloomsburg; seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren and a sister: Anna Kashner, wife of Harold, of Bloomsburg. Margaret was preceded by two sons: Lloyd Fry and Harold "Skip" Fry.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family under the direction of the Allen Funeral Home, Inc., 745 Market at Eighth St., Bloomsburg.
