Linda M. Frazier, age 70, of Bloomsburg, passed away on Tuesday evening, March 18, 2025, at her home in Hemlock Township under the care of Geisinger Hospice, where she lived for over 46 years. She was surrounded by her loving family and friends.
Linda was born on Monday, November 8, 1954 in Danville, a daughter of the late Fred Nevel and Rosemary A. (Grzybowski) Moore. She graduated from the Bloomsburg High School in 1972. She expanded her education by attending Geisinger School of Nursing and graduated with an Associate Degree in Nursing. On May 28, 1977, Linda married her loving husband, Dennis Frazier. For over 42 years, she was employed by Geisinger Medical Center as a Registered Nurse in the operating room until her retirement in 2017. Linda was a member of St. Columba Catholic Church, Bloomsburg. She enjoyed traveling extensively, gardening especially her flowers, art museums, word finds, visiting her daughters, playing with her grandkids, and hosting family holidays for many years, being known as an amazing cook.
In addition to her parents, Linda was also preceded in death by her sister, Eileen L. McHenry and her brother-in-law, Leslie Black.
Survivors include her beloved husband of 47 years, Dennis Frazier of Bloomsburg; two daughters: Laurie Andrade and husband Christian of West Chester, Amanda Lynn and husband Keith of West Chester, three grandchildren; Hayden, Carter and Jaxon; two siblings: Janice A. Black of Harrisburg and Alfred F. Nevel, III of Berwick.
A time of Visitation for family and friends will be held on Friday, March 28, 2025 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at St. Columba Catholic Church, 342 Iron Street, Bloomsburg.
A Mass of Christian Burial will begin on Friday, March 28, 2025 at 11:00 am at St. Columba Catholic Church with Rev. Richard J. Mowery, celebrant. The Allen Funeral Home, Inc. 745 Market at Eighth Street, Bloomsburg is honored to be serving the Frazier family.
