Kristine L. Sharpless, age 44, of Berwick, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, September 4, 2019, at her North Centre Twp. home where she resided for the past 4 years.

She was born on Thursday, October 24, 1974 in Great Lakes, IL, a daughter of Paul E. Zabawa and the late Gail A. (Smock) Conrad. Kristine graduated from the Bloomsburg High School in 1992. On September 23, 2017, Kristine married her loving husband, Michael J. Sharpless.

For the past 3 years, Kristine was employed by the Bloomsburg Wal Mart as a Manager. She attended the Bloomsburg Southern Baptist Church. She helped with the Lime Ridge Little League and Central Columbia sports banquets and was always willing to help anybody whenever needed. She loved spending time with her family and friends.

Survivors include her beloved husband of nearly two years, Michael J. Sharpless at home, her father, Paul E. Zabawa of Bloomsburg, a daughter, Tori J. Fedder, a son, Peyton W. Fedder, and a stepson, James J. Sharpless all at home, three brothers, Richard P. Zabawa of Iwo Beach, HI, Jeffrey S. Zabawa and his wife Kathi of San Antonio, TX, Kevin J. Zabawa of Bloomsburg and a sister, Erin M. wife of Brian Sweetra of Danville.

A time of Visitation for family and friends will be held on Wednesday, September 11, 2019 from 9:00 am to 10:00 am at the Allen Funeral Home, Inc., 745 Market at Eighth Street, Bloomsburg.

Funeral Services will begin on Wednesday, September 11, 2019 at 10:00 am at the Allen Funeral Home, Inc. with Pastor Chuck Chamberlain, officiating. The Allen Funeral Home, Inc., is honored to be serving the Sharpless family.
