Kevin Thomas Latsha, age 29, of Bloomsburg, died at the home of his mother on Friday morning, July 24, 2015 at 2:15 a.m. surrounded by his family. He was born on Thursday, February 6, 1986 in Bloomsburg a son of Denise (Ernst) Latsha and Kevin L. Latsha both of Bloomsburg. He was an Honors graduate of the Bloomsburg Cyber School.
Kevin enjoyed helping at the Espy Fire Hall, especially as a volunteer with World War II Veterans Dinners. He loved BMX and Mountain Bike riding along the Rails to Trails path as well as playing his Xbox. He loved the color green. His favorite people were Hunter S. Thompson and he was proud to share a birthday with Bob Marley.
Kevin's long battle with heart disease has come to an end.
Survivors, in addition to his parents, include a; sister: Nakysha Latsha of Bloomsburg, maternal grandparents Thomas and Judy (Robbins) Ernst of Espy and step-mother: Karen Latsha. Kevin was preceded in death by a great grandmother Thelma Campbell.
A time of visitation for family and friends will be held Tuesday, July 28, from 5 to 7 pm at the Allen Funeral Home, Inc., 745 Market at Eighth St., Bloomsburg. The Allen Funeral Home, Inc. is honored to be serving the Latsha and Ernst families.
