Kaye A. "Ken" Wright, age 90, of Bloomsburg, passed away Monday, February 22, 2021 at his South Centre Twp. home.

He was born on December 23, 1930 in Bloomsburg, the son of the late Kenneth and Mary (Krum) Wright. Throughout his younger years, Ken attended Bloomsburg area schools, and later graduated from Bloomsburg High School in 1949. On April 29, 1950 he married the love of his life the former Karlene L. Lemon.

Ken started his working life as a tool maker, but his proudest commitment was to the Pennsylvania Game Commission, first as a Deputy Game Protector and retiring as Land Manager 20 plus years later. The relationships he formed both with the ones he worked, and the ones he worked for, represented the most satisfying time of his working life. Ken enjoyed his time spent with his two daughters, three grandchildren and four great grandchildren. The true joy of his life was traveling with his beloved Karlene. They spent their retirement, over twenty years, traveling in their RV throughout the United States and Canada.

In addition to his parents and sister, Margie Speicher Krum, Ken was also preceded in death by a son-in-law, Robert (Bob) Rohm in 1994, and his loving wife of 68 years, Karlene, in 2018.

Ken is survived by two daughters, Kathlene Rohm of Bloomsburg, and Lori Wright of Exeter; three grandchildren, Chelsea wife of Christopher Nicolais of Havertown, Brooke Rohm and husband Martin Siewert of Chicago, IL and Whitney Rohm of Bloomsburg; four great-grandchildren, Beau Rohm, Camilla Clayton, Charlotte Nicolais, Colin Nicolais, two nieces and his French Bulldog, constant companion and protector, Lucy.

A memorial service will be celebrated at a later date. The Allen Funeral Home, Inc., 745 Market at Eighth streets, Bloomsburg is honored to be serving the Wright family.
