Kathleen Mae “Kathy” (Martin) Beltz, of Fredericksburg, VA, passed away peacefully Tuesday, June 9, 2026. 

Born in Arkansas City, KS on December 16, 1950, she was a daughter of the late Ray and Eula Mae Martin. Kathy was a graduate of Dexter High School. In her earlier years, Kathy worked as a security consultant and polygrapher. She later went to work for Macy’s Department Store, where she worked in the bridal department. Kathy later owned and operated an interior design company.

She enjoyed quilting and attending Fredericksburg Nationals games, where she particularly enjoyed meeting and watching the young players develop from minor league to major league players.

Kathy is survived by her beloved husband of 39 years, Ric Beltz. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

All are welcome to join Kathleen’s family for her Graveside Service 11 AM Thursday, July 16, 2026 at Elan Memorial Park, Bloomsburg. Rev. Dr. Douglas H. Lyon, of Shiloh Bible Church, will officiate. The Allen Funeral Home, Inc., of Bloomsburg, is honored to serve the Beltz family.
