Jonathan M. Young, age 38, of Bloomsburg, died on Wednesday, November 16, 2016, in Geisinger Medical Center, Danville. Jonathan was a resident of Bloomsburg for over 27 years.
Jonathan was born on Tuesday, August 8, 1978 in Altoona, PA a son of James M., Sr. and Sandra E. (Gaul) Young of Bloomsburg. Jonathan graduated from the Central Columbia High School in 1997.
Survivors include his parents: James M. and Sandra (Gaul) Young, Sr. of Bloomsburg, PA; brother: James M.Young, Jr. and wife, Karen, of Mifflinville, PA; sister: Janelle M. Reigle and husband, Chris, of Bloomsburg, PA and sister: Julie M. Anderson and husband, Dwayne, of Glen Burnie, MD.
A time of Visitation for family and friends will be held on Monday, November 21, 2016 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at the Allen Funeral Home, Inc., 745 Market at Eighth St., Bloomsburg.
Funeral Services will begin on Tuesday, November 22, 2016 at 11:00 am at the Allen Funeral Home, Inc. with Eric Miller, Lead Minister of Bloomsburg Christian Church, officiating. Graveside committal services be held on Saturday, November 26, at 1 pm Utahville Cemetery, Utahville, PA . The Allen Funeral Home, Inc., is honored to be serving the Young family.
