Janice M. (Ivey) Creasy Hartman, age 91, of Bloomsburg, passed away on Tuesday, March 10, 2020, at her home where she lived for over 65 years.

She was born on Friday, March 8, 1929 in Bloomsburg, a daughter of the late Marcus and Elsie (Broadt) Ivey. Throughout her younger years, Janice attended the Bloomsburg area schools, and later graduated from Bloomsburg High School in 1947. Janice was preceded in death by two husbands, Richard M. Creasy in 1954 and Donald E. "Larky" Hartman on November 23, 1990.

Janice was last employed by Bloomsburg University as a Clerk in the Book Store and had previously worked at Bloomsburg Carpet Mill and Bloomsburg High School. She was a lifelong member of St. Matthew Lutheran Church, Bloomsburg. Janice loved spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She enjoyed solving word find puzzles, playing cards, bird watching, and taking care of her flowers.

In addition to her parents, and two husbands, Janice was also preceded in death by two sisters, Catherine Williams, Dorothy Patacconi, and three brothers, Richard Ivey, Harold Ivey, and Donald Ivey.

Survivors include her beloved family of three daughters, Diane K. wife of John Skinner of Dunedin, FL, Lynn M. wife of David Wolinsky of Bloomsburg, Donna J. wife of Joseph May of Dunedin, FL, six grandchildren, Jason Skinner and fiance Heather Otto, Donald May, Todd Wolinsky and wife Glenyse, Lauren wife of Brandon Smith, Bradley May and wife Crystal, Sean Wolinsky, five great grandchildren, Elle Skinner, Adelaide Wolinsky, Lorelei Wolinsky, Cormick May, Tarek May, a brother, Dale Ivey, a sister, Elaine Ivey, and a sister in law, Joan Ivey.

A time of visitation for family and friends will be held on Saturday, March 14, 2020 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at the Allen Funeral Home, Inc., 745 Market at Eighth streets, Bloomsburg.

Funeral services will begin on Saturday, March 14, 2020 at 11:00 am at the Allen Funeral Home, Inc. in with Rev. Dr. Joel L. Zeiders, officiating. Graveside committal services will immediately follow in New Rosemont Cemetery, Bloomsburg. The Allen Funeral Home, Inc., is honored to be serving the Hartman family.
