James R. Richeldifler, age 58, of Lightstreet Road, Bloomsburg, died on Sunday, November 13, 2011 at his home.
James was born on Friday, December 12, 1952 in Bloomsburg, a son of the late James and Tressa (Temple) Richeldifler. He was a member of the 1971 Graduating Class of Central Columbia High School. For over seven years, James was the caretaker of the First Presbyterian Church in Bloomsburg.
Surviving is his companion of 38 years, Beverly Chernesky of Bloomsburg; five siblings: William Thomas and wife, Shirley, of Bloomsburg; Charles Thomas and wife, Kathy, of Bloomsburg; Frances Hidlay of Bloomsburg; Dorothy Deibert and husband, Edward, of Danville; and Ruth McMurtrie and husband, David, of Berwick; six nieces and nephews and three great-nieces and a great-nephew.
A time of Visitation for friends and family will be held on Thursday, November 17 from 6 to 8 p.m. from the Allen Funeral Home, Inc., 745 Market at Eighth Street in Bloomsburg. Private Graveside services will be held in New Rosemont Cemetery, Espy. Memorial contributions in honor of James are suggested to a charity of the donor's choice.
