Jacqueline L. McBride, age 81, of 45 Knights Drive Bloomsburg, died on Saturday, January 1, 2011 at her home. She was born January 8, 1929 in Bloomsburg a daughter of the late Vernon and Alma Minnick Albert.

Jacqueline attended the Bloomsburg Schools and was a member of the Canby Lutheran Church of Mt. Pleasant Twp.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years: Howard "Stoney" McBride on January 25, 2003 and her son: Ted W. McBride on May 27, 2010. Survivors include her grandson: Ted W. McBride II of Dover PA and two grandsons: Shane McBride and Hayden McBride.

Friends will be received on Friday from 2 to 3 p.m. at the Allen Funeral Home, 745 Market at Eighth St. where funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Burial will be in the Canby Cemetery, Mt. Pleasant Twp. In addition to floral tributes, memorial contributions may be made to the charity of donors' choice.
