Herbert H. "Herb" Colosimo, Jr., age 55, of Bloomsburg, passed away Thursday, September 28, 2023, a patient of the Geisinger Medical Center in Danville. Herb was a resident of his home in Bloomsburg for over 26 years.

Herb was born on Sunday, August 4, 1968 in Bloomsburg, a son of Sheryl Jean (Graham) Colosimo and the late Herbert H. Colosimo, Sr. He graduated from the Columbia Montour Area Vocational Technical School in 1987. He faithfully served his country in the United States Air Force in the late 1980's. For over 9 years, Herb was employed by Wilkes Barre VA Medical Center as a custodian until his passing. Herb enjoyed spending time outdoors fishing and hunting with friends and family. He also enjoyed lifting weights and exercising during his free time.

Survivors include his mother, Sheryl Jean Colosimo of Catawissa, a daughter, Kayla Jo Colosimo of Catawissa and a grandson, Liam Joseph Colosimo-Swank of Catawissa.

A time of Visitation for family and friends will be held on Friday, October 6, 2023 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at the Allen Funeral Home, Inc. 745 Market at Eighth Street, Bloomsburg.

Funeral Services will begin on Friday, October 6, 2023 at 11:00 am at the Allen Funeral Home, Inc. with Rev. Michael Spagnuolo, pastor of Catawissa Christian Church, officiating. The Allen Funeral Home, Inc., is honored to be serving the Colosimo family.
