While living in Bristol, she attended St. Mark's church and then St. Michael the Archangel church in Levittown, PA. Upon moving to Mifflinville, she became a parishioner of St. Columba, Bloomsburg.
Throughout her life, Helen enjoyed canning, baking, crocheting, spending time with family and entertaining her grandchildren. She loved country music, pink carnations and collecting cookbooks.
In addition to her parents and husband, Helen was preceded in death by her two brothers and sister-in-law: Robert E. Farver on March 1, 1997, his wife, Marjorie M. (Jones) Farver, September 28, 2009, and Donald M. Farver on May 5, 2017.
