Obituary
H. Phillip Hill, age 77, of Bloomsburg, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 3, 2021, at his home.
Phil was born on Monday, August 16, 1943 in Big Stone Gap, VA, a son of the late Glenn Edward and Clara Pauline (Livesay) Hill.
He is survived by his devoted wife Judy. They were married August 10, 1985. He was a member of Ridge Street United Methodist Church, where he loved serving as caretaker.
At his request, services will be private at the convenience of the family. The Allen Funeral Home, Inc., 745 Market at Eighth Streets, Bloomsburg is honored to be serving the Hill family.
