Gloria S. Richart, age 83, of Catawissa and formerly of Bloomsburg passed away on Friday, February 21, 2020, a patient of the Geisinger Medical Center in Danville. Gloria was a resident of her home in Catawissa for the past three years.

She was born on Sunday, April 19, 1936 in Plymouth, a daughter of the late W. and Blanche (Smith) Suprum. Gloria graduated from the Millville High School in 1955. On March 27, 1959, Gloria married her loving husband, Chester E. Richart, who preceded her in death on June 12, 2014. She enjoyed playing bingo with her friends and camping with her family at Deihl's Campground. She loved her pets, especially her cats, Lloyd and Floyd.

In addition to her parents and husband, Gloria was also preceded in death by son, Robin C. Richart on March 28, 2013 and by a sister, Yvonne Shaffer.

Survivors include her daughter, Kelly J. wife of Michael Bronzburg of Elysburg, two granddaughters, Carrie wife of Sean Linn of Elysburg, Holly wife of Kyle Daniels of Aurora, CO, two great grandsons, Cade Linn, and Jaxton Daniels, as well as many nieces and nephews.

A time of visitation for family and friends will be held on Thursday, February 27, 2020 from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm at the Allen Funeral Home, Inc., 745 Market at Eighth Streets, Bloomsburg.

Funeral services will begin on Thursday, February 27, 2020 at 6:00 pm at the Allen Funeral Home, Inc. with Rev. R. Christian Dunlap, officiating. The Allen Funeral Home, Inc., is honored to be serving the Richart and Bronzburg family.
