Gail M. Creasy, age 67, of Lightstreet, died on Saturday morning, June 22, 2013 at her home under the care of Columbia Montour Home Hospice.
Gail was born on Tuesday, November 20, 1945 in Columbia County, a daughter of the late Stanley M. and Mae Vee (Shaner) Mausteller. Throughout her younger years, she completed her education from the Millville High School. Thirty-four years ago on May 5, 1979, Gail married her beloved husband, Doyle M. Creasy. Gail and her husband attended the Lightstreet United Methodist Church for many years. She was also a member of the Millville American Legion Auxiliary for many years. Gail loved spending her time with friends and family at their home in Lightstreet, and she will be sadly missed by all who knew her.
Gail was preceded in death by a daughter: Tammy Christine Sanders, and also by a brother: Gary Mausteller.
In addition to her husband, Doyle, survivors include a step-son: Russ Creasy of Bloomsburg; a step-daughter: Cindy Cain and husband, Pete Watson, of Englewood, CO; two grandsons: Travis and Ryan Cain; a sister: Glenda Vansock of Millville; and also a brother: Garth Mausteller and wife, Wanda, also of Millville.
A time of Visitation for family and friends will be held on Tuesday, June 25 from 10 to 11 a.m. from the Allen Funeral Home, Inc., 745 Market at Eighth Street, Bloomsburg.
Funeral services will also begin on Tuesday June 25 at 11 a.m. from the Allen Funeral Home, Inc., Bloomsburg with her pastor, Rev. Jennifer Parks-Snyder, officiating. Graveside services will immediately follow in the Lightstreet Highland Cemetery.
