Elmarie May Lenhart, 69, of Bloomsburg, passed away peacefully with family at her side on Saturday, September 5, 2026, at the Gatehouse at Divine Providence Hospital in Williamsport. Born in Lewisburg on May 23, 1957, she was the daughter of the late Mark and Thelma (Shaffer) Lubold.

Elmarie was a graduate of Bloomsburg High School, Class of 1975, and continued her education at McCann School of Business. On November 14, 1981, she wed John P. "Jack" Lenhart Jr., with whom she raised her family and shared 45 years of marriage. She worked for MPS (Masonry Preservation Services), Geisinger as a CNA, and most recently, Med link Scheduling. Elmarie was a talented woman who crafted beautiful wicker baskets, caned chairs, and illustrated seat weaving amongst other projects. She was a devoted wife and mother who will be fondly remembered as a kind and giving woman who brightened the lives of all who had the good fortune to know her.

Surviving Elmarie are her husband, John P. Lenhart Jr.; children: Joshua Lenhart of Bloomsburg, and Michelle Lenhart of Bloomsburg; step-children: Matthew McLaughlin and wife, Renee, of Hubert, NC; siblings: Orena Rearick and Melinda Lubold; and sisters-in-law: Vicky Lenhart and Elizabeth Lenhart.

In addition to her parents, Elmarie was preceded in death by siblings: Karlena Rearick, Lewis Lubold, and Kahla Lubold.

All are welcome to join Elmarie's family for her Memorial Service at 11 AM on Saturday, September 19, 2026, at Allen Funeral Home, Inc., 745 Market Street, Bloomsburg. Pastor Bob Hess of LCBC Columbia-Montour will officiate. Friends will be received from 9 AM until the time of the service at 11 AM. Interment at New Rosemont Cemetery, Bloomsburg, will follow the Memorial Service. Memorial contributions in Elmarie's name may be made to the Gatehouse at Divine Providence Hospital, 1100 Grampian Blvd, Williamsport, PA 17701.
