Edna L. Robinholt, age 74, of Berwick, died on Tuesday evening, August 26, 2014 a recent patient of Geisinger Medical Center in Danville.
Edna was born on Monday, April 22, 1940 in Berwick, a daughter of the late Raymond and Jennie (Hamilton) Robinholt. Throughout her younger years, Edna attended the Berwick area schools. Over the years, Edna was employed multiple business, but most recently was employed by the former Annie's Hotel in Berwick. She was also employed for many years at the Berwick Cigar Factory. Edna loved spending time watching her favorite television shows, but especially watching the Lawrence Welk Show. Most of all, Edna loved spending time with her family, and would never turn down a chance for a good card game.
In addition to her parents, Edna was preceded in death by two sisters: Sara Robinholt in 1995 and most recently, Laura Crane on March 23, 2014.
Survivors include two daughters: Lisa M. Robinholt and husband, George Wilson, of Berwick; and Kelly A. Robinholt and husband, Donald Fenstermacher, of Bloomsburg; five grandchildren: Shawn, Tyler, Brandon, Stephanie and Justin; a sister: Ethel Kulp of Plymouth and a brother: Harry Robinholt of Hanover Township.
A time of Visitation for family and friends will be held on Friday evening, August 29 from 4 to 6 p.m. from the Allen Funeral Home, Inc., 745 Market at Eighth Street, Bloomsburg.
Funeral services will also begin on Friday evening, August 29 at 6 p.m. from the Allen Funeral Home, Inc., Bloomsburg with Rev. Allen A. Acor, officiating. The Allen Funeral Home, Inc., Bloomsburg is honored to be serving the Robinholt family.
