Obituary
E. Rhea Miller, age 84, of Bloomsburg, died on Thursday morning, January 15, 2015 a resident of Orangeville Nursing and Rehabilitation Center since 2007.
Rhea was born on Saturday, December 13, 1930 in Catawissa, a daughter of the late Clarence I. and Bertha S. (Snyder) Miller. Throughout her younger years, she attended the former Scott Township School and graduated in 1948. Throughout most of her working career, Rhea was employed by the former Haddon Craftsman until her retirement. Rhea was also a member of the Lightstreet United Methodist Church for many years.
In addition to her parents, Rhea was preceded in death by a brother: Guy C. Miller on June 19, 1992; and also by a sister: M. Jean Beily on October 24, 2006. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family. Rhea is survived by numerous nephews and nieces throughout the area.
Rhea will be laid to rest on the family plot in the Lightstreet Highland Cemetery, Scott Township. The Allen Funeral Home, Inc., 745 Market at Eighth Street in Bloomsburg is honored to be serving the Miller family.
