Donna Marie Duckworth , age 53, of Millville, died on Saturday, January 28, 2017, at home, surrounded by family and under the care of Geisinger Columbia Montour Home Hospice. Donna had been ill for three years. She was a resident of her Pine Township home for over 8 years and was formerly of Maryland.
Donna was born on Tuesday, February 26, 1963 in Baltimore, MD, a daughter of the late John Richard "Dick" and Goldie Eva (Englar) Gutberlet. Donna graduated from the Andover High School in 1981.
For over 20 years, Donna was employed by Delsey Luggage of Elkridge, MD as a Logistics Manager. Locally, Donna was employed by Code Inspections, Inc. of Montgomery as a District Office Manager and most recently she was employed by the Pennsylvania Department of State as a Regulatory Enforcement Inspector. Donna was a member of the Pine Wesley United Methodist Church, Pine Township.
Donna's greatest love was her family. She enjoyed camping and her cats. She also enjoyed thunderstorms.
Survivors include her beloved husband of 11 years, Milton D. Duckworth. They were married on December 10, 2005. Also surviving are two children: Michelle (Andrew) Ferrara of Dallastown, PA and Matthew D. Duckworth of Gwinn, MI; grandchildren: Alison Marie Swartz, Trey Swartz, Marisa Ferrara, and Alyssa Ferrara; siblings: Nancy Lee (James) Kruse of Littlestown, PA, Penny Jean (Glenn) Griffith of Evans, GA, and Donald R. (Delores) Gutberlet of Arbutus, MD.
A time of Visitation for family and friends will be held on Friday, February 3, 2017 from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm at the Allen Funeral Home, Inc., 107 West Main at Railroad St., Millville.
Funeral Services will begin on Saturday, February 4, 2017 at 11:00 am at the Allen Funeral Home, Inc. with her pastor, Kathy F. Burkhart, officiating. The Allen Funeral Home, Inc., is honored to be serving the Duckworth family.
