Donald R. Thomas, age 75, of Milton and formerly of Bloomsburg, passed away on Saturday, March 16, 2024, a patient of the Emmanuel Nursing Center in Danville.

Donald was born on Saturday, July 3, 1948, in Reading, a son of the late Rodney and Irene (Gajewski) Thomas. He graduated from the Reading High School. He expanded his education by attending Montgomery County Community College where he received an associate degree. He faithfully served his country with the United States Marine Corp. For several years, Donald was employed by SCI Muncy as a Correctional Officer until his retirement. He was a member of the American Legion and VFW.

Private graveside committal services will be held at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville. The Allen Funeral Home, Inc. 745 Market at Eighth Street, Bloomsburg is honored to be serving the Thomas family.
