Their dedication and determination to fight this illness together, regardless of time and expense is their story. A mother who carries for just a few short months a son, he now carries with him her heart and dreams for the rest of his life. He will be forever grateful to the family, friends, and medical professionals who helped throughout these difficult years. The memories, laughter, and unconditional love will be forever cherished. Ending with one of Diane's favorite quotes, "She believed she could, so she did." Heaven has truly gained an angel.
