Diana B. Ent , age 83, of Orangeville, died on Wednesday, December 27, 2017, at the home of her sister and brother in law, Dawn and Jack Johnson. She was surrounded by the love of her family throughout the Christmas Holiday. Diana was a resident of Scott Township for over 50 years.
Diana was born on Thursday, August 30, 1934 in Bloomsburg, a daughter of the late Leon and M. Mae (Keller) Brewer. Throughout her younger years, Diana attended the Orangeville area schools and later graduated from the Bloomsburg High School in 1952. For over 60 years, Diana was a Clerk & Policy Review Treasurer for Briar Creek Mutual Insurance Co.
Diana was a member of the Shiloh Bible Church, Almedia . One of her greatest pleasures was enjoying her sister's cooking. She was a volunteer at E.O.S. Therapeutic Riding Center for 12 years, she loved animals and all those she helped there.
On September 9, 2005 Diana was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Ent. In addition to her husband and parents, she was also preceded by two brothers: Doyle Brewer and Donald Brewer.
Survivors include three siblings: Dawn Johnson and husband, John "Jack" of Bloomsburg, Doris Smith of Williamsport and David "Kelly" Brewer and wife, Ruth, of Lightstreet and a sister in law: Alma Brewer of Lightstreet.
A time of Visitation for family and friends will be held on Tuesday, January 2, 2018, from 10:00 to 11:00 am, at Shiloh Bible Church, 123 Church St., Bloomsburg.
Funeral Services will continue on Tuesday, at 11:00 am with her pastor, Rev. Dr. Douglas H. Lyon, officiating. Graveside committal services will immediately follow in the Lightstreet Highland Cemetery. The Allen Funeral Home, Inc., is honored to be serving the Ent family.
