Dale "Mike" Michael Letterman, age 62, of Benton-Shickshinny Road, Benton, died Thursday, March 31, 2011 in Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center in Wilkes-Barre.
Mike was born on Tuesday, June 29, 1948. He served during the Vietnam War in the United States Army. Most recently, he was employed by the former Evelyn's Country Kitchen in Danville, as a cook.
Surviving is his beloved wife of over 16 years, Catherine Loomis Letterman, married on March 5, 1995; four daughters: Virginia Letterman of Colorado; Crystal Letterman of Idaho, Katrina Letterman and Laura Letterman both of Benton; five grandchildren and a brother: William Blizzard of Alaska.
A Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, April 5 at 2 p.m. from the Allen Funeral Home, 745 Market at Eighth Street in Bloomsburg. Friends will be received prior to serves.
