D. Marilyn Keller, age 89, of Boyertown and formerly of Bloomsburg, passed away on Tuesday evening, September 20, 2022, a resident of Chestnut Knoll, Boyertown.

She was born on Friday, October 7, 1932 in Buckhorn, a daughter of the late W. Frank and R. Isabell (Miller) Girton. Marilyn graduated from Bloomsburg High School in 1951. She was preceded in death by her first husband William Reimard in January, 1956 and her second husband, G. Dane Keller, on October 7, 2013. For over 35 years, Marilyn was employed by Harleysville Insurance Company, Bloomsburg as a Clerk until her retirement in 1991. She was a member of the Hillside Christian Church, Sinking Spring. Marilyn enjoyed spending her time Wii bowling, traveling, cooking, church activities, and spending time with her grandchildren.

Survivors include her beloved daughter; Brenda Desko and husband George of Boyertown, a brother; Ronald Girton and wife Dorothy of Gilbertsville, three grandchildren; Joshua, Kayla and Hannah Desko, as well as many nieces and nephews.

A time of visitation for family and friends will be held on Monday, September 26, 2022 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at the Allen Funeral Home, Inc., 745 Market at Eighth Street, Bloomsburg.

Funeral Services will begin on Monday, September 26, 2022 at 11:00 am at the Allen Funeral Home, Inc. with Rev. Eric Miller, officiating. Graveside committal services will immediately follow in the Elan Memorial Park, Bloomsburg. The Allen Funeral Home, Inc., is honored to be serving the Keller family.
