Clayton E. Dendler, Jr., age 68, of Bloomsburg, passed away peacefully on Monday morning, February 5, 2024, at a family home.

He was born on Monday, August 22, 1955 in Berwick, a son of the late Clayton Eugene and Mary (Jodlowski) Dendler. He graduated from the Berwick Area High School. For over 30+ years, Clayton was employed by Geisinger Medical Center as a front door greeter until his retirement. Clayton was a member of the Spirit Life Church, Bloomsburg. He enjoyed spending time with his family, watching old movies, being outdoors, bicycling and hunting.

Survivors include his four beloved children; Jared Michael Dendler and wife Cindy of Bloomsburg, Jacob Erin Dendler of Phoenix, PA, Rachael Marie Dendler of Collegeville, PA, Joshua David Dendler of Collegeville, PA, three cherished granddaughters; Annalee Dendler, Makaylee Dendler and Adalyn Dendler, all of Bloomsburg.

A time of Visitation for family and friends will be held on Friday, February 9, 2024 from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm at the Allen Funeral Home, Inc. 745 Market at Eighth Street, Bloomsburg.

Funeral Services will begin on Friday, February 9, 2024 at 2:00 pm at the Allen Funeral Home, Inc., with Pastor Tim Zimmerman, Spirit Life Church officiating. Graveside committal services will immediately follow in Roselawn Cemetery, Berwick.
