Carolyn Louise Foust, 87, lifelong resident of Bloomsburg passed away Sunday, October 12, 2025, at Nottingham Village, Heather Court in Northumberland, where she was a resident for the past 6 years.
Born in Bloomsburg on July 5, 1938, she was the daughter of the late Walter and Florence (Richenderfer) McBride. She was a member of the 1956 graduating class of Bloomsburg High School.
Carolyn married her high school sweetheart, Thomas E. Foust on July 20, 1957. She worked at TRW and Milco before becoming a stay-at-home mom to their three children. She later went to work for Weis Markets in Bloomsburg where she retired in 2003. In addition, she was the bookkeeper for their business, Foust Auto Service, for 22 years. Carolyn was a member of the Good Shepherd United Methodist Church where she and Tommy were married. She volunteered for many years making donuts and delivering Meals on Wheels with her dear sister-in-law, Joycie.
Carolyn's life was devoted to her husband, children and grandchildren. Her life's enjoyments were traveling, camping with her husband, attending as many of her grandchildren's sporting events as possible and sitting on her front porch, enjoying the sounds of nature and greeting neighbors.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband of 58 years, great granddaughter, Laurel Kinzie Cragle, and brother, Donald McBride.
Carolyn's memory will be cherished by her three children: Timothy Foust, of Aiken, SC, Susan Price her husband, Brian, of Town Hill, Todd Foust his wife Cynthia, of Bloomsburg, PA; her six grandchildren: Evan and Nathan Foust, Morgan Cragle, Derek Price, Kyle and Eric Foust and her sweet great grandson, Cole Cragle. She will also be remembered by her sister, Lucetta Ehmer and brothers in law and sisters in law, nieces and nephews.

Private Graveside Services will be held at the convenience of the family in Elan Memorial Park with Rev. Michael Spagnuolo, Catawissa Christian Church, officiating. The Allen Funeral Home, Inc. 745 Market at Eighth Street, Bloomsburg is honored to be serving the Foust family.
