C. Faye Davis, age 82, of Orangeville, passed away on Tuesday, June 27, 2023, a patient of The Gardens at Orangeville.

She was born on Thursday, February 27, 1941 in Bloomsburg, a daughter of the late John R. and Anna M. (Harris) Girard. She graduated from the Bloomsburg High School in 1959. On December 4, 1999, Faye married her loving husband, Robert D. Davis who preceded her in death on August 30, 2017. For over 28 years, she was employed by Wal Mart until her retirement on March 1, 2019. She was a member of the Wal Mart coffee clatch, as well as the Stillwater Christian Church. Faye enjoyed spending her time going to the Bloomsburg Fair, local carnivals, traveling, crossword and sudoku puzzles, reading, and she especially loved her two dogs, Buffy and Max.

In addition to her parents and her husband, she was also preceded in death by a grandson, Austin Gage Oxenrider, on April 1, 2017.

Survivors include her two daughters: Jocelynne A. Kline and husband Barry of Simsbury, CT, Dennine R. Oxenrider and husband Barry of Bloomsburg, three grandchildren: Chelsi and Lucas Oxenrider, Bloomsburg, Nicholas Kline of Simsbury, CT, and two great grandchildren: Artemis and Orion.

A Celebration of Life Service for family and friends will be held on Wednesday, July 12, 2023 at 11:00 am in the Stillwater Christian Church, 39 McMichael St., Stillwater with Pastors Jason Simpkins and Jeff Farley, officiating.

Private graveside committal services will be in Elan Memorial Park, Bloomsburg. The Allen Funeral Home, Inc.745 Market at Eighth Street,Bloomsburg is honored to be serving the Davis family.
