Obituary
Barry S. Repotski, age 73, of Mocanaqua, passed away on Sunday, December 12, 2021, a patient of the Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.
He was born on Wednesday, December 31, 1947 in Nanticoke, a son of the late Stephen and Lydia (Passetti) Repotski. Barry graduated from the Newport High School, Nanticoke in 1965. He faithfully served his country in the US Navy during the Vietnam War and was honorably discharged in 1971, serving as a Quarter Master on USS Yorktown CVS 10. He was a member of the Mocanaqua Italian Club, and a member of Laborers Local #130 Union. Barry enjoyed spending his time with his family, going to the casino, and attending Nascar races. In his youth he played on the local softball leagues. "22" He is loved by his family and will be greatly missed.
In addition to his parents, Barry was also preceded in death by a brother, Richard Repotski.
Survivors include his beloved daughter, Jessica L. wife of Andrew Demko of Huntington Mills, a granddaughter, Emily Demko and fiancee' Noah Howe, a grandson, Ainsley Demko, a sister, Andrea wife of Dick Tranell of Clearwater, FL, and a niece, Alyse wife of Brian McCrae of Orlando, FL.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. The Allen Funeral Home, Inc., 745 Market at Eighth Streets, Bloomsburg is honored to be serving the Repotski family.
