Obituary
Barbara A. Rhodomoyer, age 80, of Bloomsburg, passed away on Wednesday, November 20, 2024, a patient of the Evangelical Community Hospital, Lewisburg after a lengthy illness. Barbara was a lifelong resident of Bloomsburg.
Barbara was born on Friday, July 28, 1944 in Bloomsburg, a daughter of the late John and Mary (Kline) Andreas. She graduated from the Central Columbia High School in 1962. On August 6, 1983, Barbara married her loving husband, Cary J. Rhodomoyer. For many years, she was employed by the Bloomsburg Hospital as a pharmacy technician and several other jobs until her retirement. Barbara enjoyed spending her time doing artsy/crafty stuff, word puzzles and she loved her animals especially: Nixi, Daisy and Fred.
In addition to her parents, Barbara was also preceded in death by a brother, John Andreas.
Survivors include her beloved husband of 41 years: Cary J. Rhodomoyer of Bloomsburg; her daughter, Kim Oberlin and husband Dan of Bloomsburg; two grandsons: Broc Kline and wife Ashley of Bloomfield, NJ and Jacob Mylet of Norristown.
Private Services will be held at the convenience of the family. The Allen Funeral Home, Inc., 745 Market at Eighth Street, Bloomsburg is honored to be serving the Rhodomoyer family.
