Obituary
Angelo M. Bafile, age 86, of 300 Leader Dr. Williamsport, died Tuesday, October 19, 2010 in Manor Care North Nursing Home where he resided since March. Previously, he was a resident of Fritzingertown Nursing Home, Drumms.
Angelo was born on Tuesday, April 8, 1924 in Berwick one of nine children of Bonafucio and Irene Necchrini Bafile. Angelo was honorably discharged from the US Army on March 30, 1947. He faithfully served his country during World War II for two years.
Preceding him in death were four sisters: Josephine Buffone, Millie Stoico, Regina Hogas and Louise Wolford as well as four brothers: Arthur Bafile, Gene Bafile,
Vito J. Bafile and Louis Bafile. Angelo was the last surviving member of his immediate family.
Private services will be held. Angelo will be buried in St. Mary's Cemetery, Berwick. The Bafile family is being served by the Allen Funeral Home, 745 Market at Eighth St., Bloomsburg. Online condolences may be left at Allen-FuneralHome.com.
